Revocation right for consumers
(A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)

Revocation right
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the day, 

-  on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;

-  on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Greenlimon Technologies GmbH, Mosaikweg 28, 53489 Sinzig, Telephone number: 0049-2642-9745670, E-Mail address: info@greenlimon.shop) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement for goods that can be sent by parcel until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will arrange the collection of goods that cannot be sent by parcel.

You must send back or hand over the goods that can be sent by parcel without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return shipping costs and transport conditions:

  • In the event of a withdrawal or exchange due to product defects or quality issues, we (Greenlimon Technologies GmbH) will bear all return shipping and collection costs.

  • In all other cases (e.g. dislike, incorrect order, or other personal reasons), the following applies:

    • For products that are shipped via pallet or freight forwarding (e.g. batteries, inverters, or other heavy or hazardous goods), the customer shall bear both the shipping and return transport costs. These costs can amount to approximately €100 depending on the carrier.

    • For products that can be shipped as regular parcels (e.g. smart meters or small accessories), the customer shall bear only the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Should returned products be damaged or missing accessories, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund value.

Additional Notes:

For products of the Marstek brand: In the event that you suspect a quality defect, we kindly ask you to first contact the technical support of the manufacturer at support@marstekenergy.com. 
   Should the matter not be resolved satisfactorily through the manufacturer, you may at any time exercise your statutory warranty rights and contact us directly at info@greenlimon.shop.  
   Your statutory rights under the applicable warranty and consumer protection laws remain unaffected.  

 

Notes on Battery Disposal

In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we are legally obliged to point out the following:

As an end user, you are legally required to return used batteries. You can return old batteries that we currently carry or have previously carried as new batteries in our product range free of charge to our shipping warehouse.

The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:

  • The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin indicates that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.

  • Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 percent lead by mass

  • Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 percent cadmium by mass

  • Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 percent mercury by mass
