Shipping & Payment Information

At Greenlimon, we are committed to providing our customers with a convenient, transparent, and efficient delivery service. Below you will find all important details regarding payment, delivery, pickup, and shipping costs.


1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Germany 

Please note that shipping to German  islands is excluded.

International shipping outside of the European Union (EU) is currently not available.


2. Self Pickup from Warehouse

You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Sinzig, Germany:

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

  • Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00

  • Sunday: Closed

Please contact us via email at info@greenlimon.shop after placing your order to schedule a pickup appointment. Typically, your order will be ready for pickup within one business day. In case of any delays, we will inform you by email within one business day.

Note: No shipping costs apply for self pickup.


3. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) are calculated automatically at checkout based on different products.

  • Flat Rate €70 
    Applies to Deye brand hybrid inverters, battery packs (excluding balcony storage batteries), and battery stands.

  • Heavy Orders (>150 kg):
    If the total order weight exceeds 150 kg, we will calculate the shipping costs individually based on the actual shipping weight. In this case, we will contact you within 1–2 business days after receiving your order to inform you of the adjusted shipping costs.

  • Free Shipping:

    • All other Deye products (except those listed above)

    • All products from other brands offered in our store

We reserve the right to manually review and adjust the shipping costs if necessary.

This may apply in particular, but not limited to, the following cases:
- Orders exceeding 150 kg total weight
- Bulky goods or oversized packaging
- Special transport requirements (e.g. pallet delivery)


 Should an adjustment be needed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days after receiving your order.


4. Bulky Goods / Large Orders

Bulky items that require freight shipping are marked accordingly in the product description. For large equipment or bulk orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can jointly select a suitable freight provider (e.g., Cargoboard).


5. Delivery Times

  • Within Germany: 3–5 business days

Important Notes:

  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays 、Sundays or public holidays.

  • If your order contains products with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together in one parcel (unless otherwise agreed). The delivery time will be based on the item with the longest lead time.
