The TOPBAND ecosolex M125G261A is a fully integrated liquid-cooled commercial and industrial energy storage system designed for grid-connected energy storage applications.

The cabinet combines a 261.248 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery system with a 125 kW bidirectional power conversion system, BMS, EMS, liquid cooling, fire suppression and system monitoring in a single outdoor cabinet.

With at least 243 kWh of usable energy, integrated energy management and remote monitoring, the system is suitable for peak shaving, load shifting, self-consumption optimisation, time-of-use energy management and commercial energy storage projects.

The complete system integrates the LiFePO₄ battery, PCS, BMS, EMS, fire protection and liquid cooling equipment in one compact cabinet.

Integrated 125 kW bidirectional PCS

The integrated power conversion system supports bidirectional AC/DC energy flow and has a rated AC power of 125 kW.

The PCS provides bidirectional energy conversion for charging and discharging the battery according to the selected energy-management strategy.

Lithium iron phosphate battery technology

The system uses lithium iron phosphate battery cells, offering a robust battery chemistry for demanding commercial energy-storage applications.

The complete battery cluster has:

  • 260S1P configuration
  • 314 Ah rated capacity
  • 832 V rated voltage
  • Maximum charge/discharge current of 172 A at 25 ±5°C
  • Recommended charging current of up to 157 A

Intelligent liquid cooling

The integrated liquid cooling system provides active temperature control for the battery modules.

Liquid cooling helps maintain a more uniform battery temperature, supporting stable operation and reducing thermal differences between battery cells.

The liquid cooling unit provides:

  • 5 kW cooling capacity
  • 2 kW heating capacity
  • 46.5 L/min rated water flow at 60 kPa
  • R134a refrigerant
  • Water-based coolant containing 50% ethylene glycol

The product documentation describes an intelligent liquid-cooling strategy designed to reduce auxiliary power consumption.

Integrated Energy Management System

The built-in EMS coordinates the battery, PCS, BMS, power meter, cooling system, fire protection system and environmental sensors.

It supports local control as well as connection to a cloud-based energy-management platform for monitoring, operating strategies and data analysis.
